■材料(2〜3人前)
- 刺身
- 適量
- ウィンナーやハムなど
- 適量
- レタスやきゅうりなど
- 適量
- 手巻き用ノリ
- 適量
- 寿司酢
- 分量記載分
- 炊き立てご飯に寿司酢を混ぜます。
- 具になるお刺身やハム等は短冊切り等包みやすい大きさに切ります。
- 大き目のお皿にお刺身など冷たいもの、他の更に鰻やウィンナーなど暖かいもの、その他野菜などを盛り付ける。
- 後は好きに巻いて食べます。

- 手巻き寿司の場合、刺身を多く買うよりも、ウィンナーや揚げ物系などの変り種をいろいろ準備した方が楽しいです
